Simply splendid!

Cut an entire package of won-ton wrappers in half diagonally. Place the single pieces on a cookie sheet.
Brush with a mixture of 4 tablespoons oil mixed with 2 teaspoons of cornstarch. Sprinkle liberally with toasted sesame seeds.

Bake at 400°F until nicely browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.

(Most of the sesame seeds seem to drop off in the serving bowl. Just save them to use again).
