This has a nice bright flavor and some zing.

4 avocados, mashed
1 small can diced green chilies
1/4 cup minced white onion
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/4 cup lemon juice

Mash all this together, leaving some lumps. Do not use the food processor. You want texture, not baby food.

Serve with corn chips.
