I lived in Texas for 7 years, in the late 80’s. When you live in Texas, Rotel is a pantry staple. You mix it with melted Velveeta and that is some darn good queso. In fact, I wasn’t going to carry Velveeta, but when I found Rotel, well, you can’t do one without the other.
