Jodie Rae Wische, a Germantown resident, brought me this cheese when I was working on the store’s remodel. I always think of gruyere as a cooking cheese, but think again. This cheese is the bomb. My friends and I devoured it in one brief sitting. YUM! This is currently my favorite cheese in the whole world, and I have tried almost all that are out there… Made in Wisconsin!
