This is a pure, true Sicilian olive oil. My sister Marianna is one of those natural cooks who never misses, and this is her olive oil of choice. I took her up on her suggestion, and this is truly divine. The olives are hand-picked and crushed by traditional granite grinders. Pricy, but really worth the indulgence.
