Elizabethan Pantry Christmas Pudding & Brandy Butter
This delightful pudding is made from a 150-year-old recipe. Traditionally, items such as silver coins (and tiny wishbones, rings, thimbles…) are baked into the pudding and whoever finds the coin in his or her slice will prosper in the New Year. We are guessing Elizabethan Pantry’s solicitors advised them to adhere the sixpence to the package rather than bake it into the pudding. While the pudding is delicious on it’s own, it’s a truly special holiday treat when topped with Elizabethan Pantry Brandy Butter!
