When we first got these delicious Spanish Almonds Otto had to hide them from Kara, as she was liable to eat them all. Marcona almonds have a sweet, delicate taste. These are quickly sautéed and sprinkled with salt. Best eaten by the handful!
Preserved lemons are mildly tart and intensely lemony. They are the essential ingredient in many Moroccan dishes, but also add a nice zing to pasta. Try tossing with shrimp, garlic and rotini. To use, rinse and remove seeds. Chop and throw into your tagine (classic Moroccan stew).
