Otto Says...

Christopher is a recent CIA grad who joined us this summer. He is an amazingly talented baker. The raves about his creations flow like a chocolate fountain. But there is nothing that creates more buzz than his scones. They are magical. He also does some very interesting combinations, such as cornbread with chocolate, bacon and bourbon and scones with rosemary, lemon and white chocolate. Some of them make me say hmmm when I first see them, but they all work!

Christopher favorite products:

	Ronnybrook Sweet Cream Butter This butter is like a spreadable delicious cheese; smooth and creamy. It can really transform a piece of toast.
	Fresh Brewed Germantown Blend Coffee Of course getting to work at 6:30am makes coffee mandatory. Otto’s Chemex brewing system makes an excellent cup. I have at least three cups a day of this bold brew.
	Organic Crystallized Ginger This is one of my go-to ingredients when I want to bake something with a unique edge. These are also great eaten straight out of the bag. Being organic is always a plus.
	Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies Being a health-conscious guy, I like these for a fun, healthier version of the classic goldfish snack.
	Heinnieweisse Farmhouse Ale This is a nice fresh local brew. It has a clean taste and comes in a cool can.
